Welcome to Tech Gadgets ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you ("Customer," "you," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tech Gadgets is an online retail and dropshipping platform established under the Savio Group. We offer products across a diverse range of categories including consumer electronics, smart home devices, mobile accessories, wearables, computer peripherals, gaming accessories, lifestyle gadgets, and more. We operate as both a direct retailer and a dropshipping intermediary, meaning some orders may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers on our behalf. 3. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our services and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and not use another person's account without authorisation. 4. Products, Availability & Descriptions
Tech Gadgets makes every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current at all times. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual items. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. For dropshipped products, specifications are as provided by the third-party supplier.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and EMI (subject to bank approval). All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Tech Gadgets does not store your full card details. In the event of a payment failure, please verify with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
6. Order Placement & Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraudulent transactions, items being out of stock, or failure of payment authorisation. In the event of a cancellation after payment, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Tech Gadgets delivers within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery timelines are as follows — Standard Delivery (Direct Stock): 3–7 business days. Dropshipped Orders: 7–21 business days depending on supplier location.
For dropshipped products, items are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers and packaging may reflect the supplier rather than Tech Gadgets branding. Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues or force majeure events. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Electronics must include all original accessories and manuals.
The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as non-returnable on the product page, opened or used electronic accessories, products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, and customised or personalised items.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For dropshipped items, refunds may take up to 14 business days subject to supplier approval.

9. Warranty & Product Guarantee
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer or authorised service centre. Tech Gadgets may assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible. Dropshipped products are covered by the supplier's warranty — please check individual product listings. Tech Gadgets does not provide an independent warranty unless expressly stated on the product listing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Tech Gadgets (Savio Group) or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission from us.
